Quality Process

Because mistakes may happen, and in order to ensure consistency, we employ a strict quality control process. Every job is double-checked before it is sent to a client and all of our translators are regularly assessed and receive constant feedback. At Indus Translation Services we do not believe in leaving anything up to chance. Only the highest level of accuracy, professionalism and service is acceptable, at every stage of the process.

As soon as we receive a project, it is assessed by our in-house project managers. Then we select the translator and editor based on the subject matter. Translation is done as according to the strictest professional standards before it is edited and proofread by a second native linguist. After this, the translation is then sent back to the translator for a final review. We also welcome clients’ reviews and comments.

For the jobs that require DTP, we also perform a post-DTP review to make sure that the text is properly displayed
